Rolando Aparicio Velasco

Rolando Aparicio Velasco volunteered as a photojournalist and photographer with Street Sense Media during the summer of 2019. He is a freelance journalist based in Bolivia and previously worked for the Argentinian street paper Hecho en Buenos Aires.
