Julia was born and raised in Los Angeles, but traded the waves for the Potomac when she decided to attend Georgetown University. She is currently a senior, and is looking forward to seeing where she’ll end up next. Julia is an American Studies major and currently writing a thesis about masculinity. She is an aspiring journalist, and has written for and served in various editor positions on The Georgetown Voice and interned at WETA.
