Dorothy is an American Studies major with a concentration in Communications at Barnard College. In 2015, she interned at Maine Center for Public Interest Reporting where she helped in the investigation of lead paint poisoning in the houses of low-income families in Maine.
Dorothy is also involved in student activism groups such as Student Worker Solidarity and Barnard Columbia Divest from Fossil Fuel. She has spoken and written out against sexual assault on campus.
