Artshow

Artshow is our annual celebration of our community, the work we create, and the future we envision where no one is without shelter.

Visual art by artist/vendors will be on display and for sale. Several artist/vendors will perform during a brief program. Best of all, we’ll be able to celebrate together the creative talents of our community and the work of Street Sense Media!

Your support makes Street Sense Media’s artist/vendor services, artistic workshops, case management, and newspaper publication possible. Your presence will make the evening more fun!

Street Sense Media is working to end homelessness in the Washington, D.C. area by empowering people in need with the skills, tools, and confidence to succeed. We create content in print, theater, photography, audio, illustration, and more, all for the purpose of providing economic opportunity for and elevating the voices of people experiencing homelessness.
