How do I identify myself? As an inventor, writer, father, military man and founder of the republic of Derian Douglas Hickman.
What are my values and beliefs? People are not rules, and rules are not people. An agreement is only as good as the people who participate in creating that agreement.
Where do I come from? At one time I had about $400 billion. I was one of the largest employers in the United States, with ls of property, trademarks and copyrights.
But here I am, and sometimes I wonder where all my hard work went.
I think of all I have done, like inventing my version of the internet and working with the Departments of Energy, Education and Defense. I think of my work at Street Sense Media too. It should all contribute to a fruitful retirement, right?
