Street Sense gets me going. I have a reason to get out of the house. It is no small satisfaction I get from being able to buy what I want to eat rather than being subject to whatever was donated to Miriam’s Kitchen.
Street Sense means I always can decide to put forth a genuine effort and receive a genuine reward. I can make some things happen, instead of asking, “What happened?” When I am selling Street Sense, I encourage myself, thinking that if “I put in the effort,” Street Sense works.
