I want to tell you a story about a man named Po Benny. He likes to hang around the neighborhood, drink his Wild Irish Rose, smoke his pack of Kools, and talk trash to everybody.

I thought Po Benny was a bum until one day on my way to work, I happened to see him sitting at the bus stop, drinking his Wild Irish Rose and smoking his Kools. I started to have an intelligent conversation with him, and I asked him why everybody calls him Po Benny. He said he didn’t know.

Then Po Benny started telling me graphic stories about what he had done to protect this country. When I found out that Po Benny had been a soldier in the U.S. Army for 20 years, and heard the graphic memories of what he had done, I started to cry. The reason I started to cry is because I had thought to myself that Po Benny was a bum, and all this time I never knew that he served his country in the military.

We need to show these guys some respect. We should also not judge a person by their outside appearance, but what is in their heart.
