Sleep, sleep, sleep – a basic requirement of life. Our bodies are subjected to lackadaisical scrutiny, crying out for sleep. How come we take sleep for granted when we are able to sleep, but find it a burden when there is lack of sleep? Lack of sleep was created for me because of homelessness, trouble in the family, jobs, such as more than one at a time or personal relationships. Other reasons for lack of sleep were caused by financial pressures.

One problem homeless people have is trying to sleep but being unable to relax and dream or simply relax because you have to guard your personal effects. When you are homeless you cannot stretch out on a comfortable bed, enjoy a sound sleep (which is one of the most important aspects of sleep).
