A new year that means a new chapter of life and a blank page to fill. New memories will form and amazing stories will be remembered. The Lord has taken us this far. That means stepping into higher dimensions, higher stages, higher levels of understanding more of who Jesus is and knowing that He has called us to do mighty wonderful works of Him. Getting to know God and seeking his face is what this year should be about.
When he is in control then the improvement is complete. We all have a lot of things to be thankful and appreciative for. We have favors that God has blessed us with and we know that more are coming our way this year. As someone has told me, reflecting back on John 6:26, “Do not seek the signs, seek the one who does the signs.”
So I will close out saying yes, this year will be great, full of signs, wonders, blessings, miracles, and favors but that’s not the reason why we serve God. We serve Him to seek Him and learn His ways and do His ways.
