How to beat the heat

Working in the heat can be very dangerous. I wear a hat and drink plenty of water. My mission is to find a shady spot to stand in, which makes it easier for my customers to buy a paper because they don’t have to stand in the sun. I take breaks to prevent becoming overheated. I also go inside restaurants to get some air conditioning.

If you don’t take care of yourself, you could get heat stroke or faint. You may even do both. So be careful out there!

And, as always, Spread the Love.
