Far as stress level, I always work out, pray, and do things for others to feel better. A kind saying or gesture could always brighten someone’s day.
Far as negativity, there’s no way around it. It’s everywhere you look: from the internet to up close and personal. But each of us has the power to put positivity back out to those we meet.
My ideal happy place is playing with my dog and training him to do his job around the house. He must take charge when I’m not home! Also, at work helping my mission. Our mission is to change the world.
