It started with staying fit and keeping physically active. As I age I try to worry less and remain more open-minded, outgoing and agreeable. New research from Florida State University, Tallahassee, has found too little exercise had an even bigger impact on personality changes than chronic diseases.

Senior author Antonio Terracciano, Ph.D., stated that three or more bouts of exercise a week, for a total of at least two and a half hours would help us physically and emotionally as we age.
