Martin Totaro is a partner at MoloLamken LLP, a law firm focused exclusively on representing clients in complex litigation. Martin has represented corporations, business associations, and individual criminal defendants. He maintains an active pro bono practice, focusing on veterans benefits. Before joining MoloLamken, Martin was an associate at Baker Botts and also served as law clerk to the Honorable D. Brooks Smith of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Martin earned his J.D. from the University of Virginia, his M.A. from the University of Chicago, and his B.A. from Binghamton University.
