Is saving money more important than saving lives?
Are administratively interpreted requirements crushed upon chronic, already -deprived human states of existence relevant? Or are they senselessly insane?
Should not homelessness, poverty, and barebones exposed climactic survival be unacceptable and a shame?
The answer is…YES.
Saving a budget buck steeped in past convenient privileges is NOT saving lives. Prevention, no matter what the reason, should be addressed, solved, acted upon. Basic human rights for all should be the same.
