As a ballot-caster tired of blank checks being over-drafted, used up and freely re-issued by too-trusting voting citizens every election cycle, I am calling for mandatory report cards for sworn-in civil servants and dunk-you-finger-in-the-coffee litmus tests to be conducted by the D.C. Police in the dark in the park for neutral bipartisanship regardless of anything and everything other than the good of all human beings.
P.S. The end of homelessness and access to affordable housing will NOT happen because I forgot to cancel and void the check of blind trust!
