If You See Something, Say Something:
Outside platforms

Two people were assaulted outside Metro’s Congress Heights station in April. One of them was a young woman.

At Fort Totten Station, three school kids were robbed of their cell phones.

Metro has been placing police officers on trains, but they should place more officers on outside platforms. We should be safe riding as well as getting off the train.

Most crimes at Metro’s platforms go unreported.

As we prepare for the summer weather, more and more people hang out at Metro outside platforms. So if you see something, please say something. Our number one goal while riding Metro is our safety.
