I Finally Finished

Graduating class of Together We Bake

Together We Bake

I finally finished my training program with Together We Bake, a micro-baking business that gives women second chances. The 8-week training program is a wonderful program where I learned about baking cookies and granola and about other things like properly sanitizing my hands and using thermometers while cooking food. Now I do those things in my own home.

I urge other women, regardless of skills you have or don’t have, to try this program, Together We Bake.  Their empowerment class was a mind blower and I’m glad that I went through this program. The whole thing includes life skills, job readiness and ServSafe, a nationally recognized food safety certification. I came out a better person than I was before taking these classes.

Thank you, Together We Bake, for the awesome experience.  I’m still using the tools that I learned in your empowerment classes on a daily basis and shedding off the daily stresses that are unavoidable for anyone.

Together We Bake’s winter session begins onTuesday, January 17. They will stop accepting applications the week ofJanuary 9. For more information, www.togetherwebake.org
