Being Homeless

Hands with dirt on them held open

When I wake up every morning the first thing I do is pray and thank God for waking me up. I’ve been locked up all my life and the only thing I want to do is get my life back on track. I’ve been living on the street for about 30 years and that has been really hard for me. I am just trying to survive. I meet a lot of people every day and they are very nice to me. It’s hard to get a job, but I am so happy I found Street Sense.
